De Locomotief is a prime beach location for high standard food and drinks, with other facilities like live music, reflexology massage, art and handcraft, and a history museum as well as a gallery and library. Even at night you can enjoy the beach, which is located near Sungailiat on Bangka Island, Indonesia.

We are open every day from 8:30 AM until 12:00 PM.

On this new beach you will find everything to enjoy your holidays or free time, no matter if just an hour or several days. Beside eating and drinking in our restaurant or in our beach bar, you can play watersport from our beach, or enjoy the marina right next to the beach for other sea based activities. If you want a more quiet time, you can go inside the museum, gallery, library or the sea turtle conservation next door, or even rent one of our cottage on site. We have a live band every sunday on the beach from 15:00 until 18:00 o'clock.

Entry fee is 5.000 rp. per person.
